One of interesting tourist sports is the Parque Funtidora, a former steel smelter - now museum, exhibitions and many other actions going on.

I went to the shopping mall Las Americas. It is located in San Ysidro, close to the Mexican border. The mall has everything a shopper is looking for, the right brands, the right sizes and the right prizes.


Driving around and finally ending up in Imperial Beach, just south of San Diego. It has been a very nice day with a beutiful sundowner at the pier.


Today I have been in Tijuana and went to the beach. Interesting border, looking at the fence towards the USA

This is a picture of the Farol da Barra. Inside is a naval museum. In the evening it seems to be a meeting point for the local bikers scene.


This is a picture of the fort Santa Maria, close to Porto da Barra (as you can imagine when looking at the ships in the background). The beach there is nice and quiet, many locals with kids like to go there, because there are almost no waves.


Today I walked along the beach and then all the way to the Pelourinho. On my way I was passing the local Goethe Institute. I am wondering how many students they have...


This is a picture of a fruit stand. You will find them quite a lot here. Nice to see, but I do not think I will eat from there with fruit been polluted with all the dirt from the road...

This time the Klausenpass Tour was a bit cold, but in my job oyu have to do it once having time...

Finally we have some snow here in Menzingen. It is not that much, but close to 10cm. It is still snowing and we will see where it ends. I decided to stay home today because the roads are still covered and quite slippy...
